Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Sales Programs Analyst based in Greenville, NC.

What you will do:

• Developing and maintaining the score carding policies and procedures for the Americas Sales department.

• Performing data analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the sales incentive plans on sales performance.

• Collaborating with the sales operations, finance, legal and IT teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the compensation and crediting calculations, payments, and reporting.

• Providing training and communication to the sales force and managers on the sales incentive plans, programs, policies, and processes.

• Resolving any sales incentive plan related issues or inquiries from the sales teams or sales leaders in a timely and professional manner.

• Articulate and informative communicator that can comfortably converse across different groups.

• Detail oriented and focus on customer service with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.

• Proactive person with a focus on continuous improvement and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and established objectives.

• Critical thinking with data analysis for prioritization and action of sales & marketing reporting.

What you will need:

• BA 3-5 year experience

• 7-10 years’ experience with no degree

• 2+ years’ work experience in data management and business analytics

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Product Suite) and Salesforce.com CRM.

• Critical data analysis for prioritization and action of business and statistical reporting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and analytical skills.
