Boviet Solar Equipment Shift Supervisor in Greenville, North Carolina

**SUMMARY: Ensure the normal operation of equipment on site and handle equipment abnormalities timely. Arrange tasks for equipment personnel on shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary calibration and commissioning of equipment.
  • Commission the equipment to produce qualified products as per requirements of production, quality and process.
  • Prepare equipment safety operating procedures and organise training; monitor and inspect the safe operation of equipment, preventing accidents and eliminating operation risks.
  • Responsible for development of all kinds of equipment modification solutions to optimize equipment operating efficiency, and organize the implementation of the solutions.
  • Record the abnormal data of the machines as data support for the subsequent equipment optimisation.
  • Provide necessary technical support and training for new equipment personnel.
  • Complete all the work tasks temporarily arranged.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: *Education:*

  • Associate degree in science and engineering related disciplines such as physics, electronics and mechanical.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Proficient in using all kinds of mechanical maintenance tools.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining front-end equipment in solar industry.

*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *

  • Familiar with management system and methods of manufacturing equipment.
