Manpower is seeking qualified professionals for a direct hire Controller position with a top real estate investment company located in Greenville, NC.

This person will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company and partner closely with the principles in strategic planning.

• Experience in the real estate, property, or construction industries.

• Background in payroll, tax, or overseeing the tax return process.

• Accounting leadership experience with managing a team.

• Bachelors degree required. CPA is a plus.

• Experience with auditing and handling year-end processes and reporting.

• Familiar working with construction loans, assets, lenders, and OHSA regulations.
