We are currently seeking a dedicated Clerical Assistant 1 to join our team as the park's receptionist. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role involves various tasks related to public relations, safety, and visitor services at Promised Land State Park Complex, which includes Varden Conservation Area. Some responsibilities include welcoming and assisting park visitors, providing customer service, handling registrations, collecting fees, selling items, answering calls, and managing mail. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining bulletin boards, brochure racks, and ensuring the availability of printed materials, brochures, maps, and park information at the front office daily.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Seasonal Full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from March through November. Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week - 7-day operation.
