POSITION SUMMARY
Reports To:
Practice Manager
Summary:
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all daily operations within the Call Center including call volumes, training, quality, and compliance. This requires working with the physician offices for a smooth flow of information. Serves as back up to call services and follows up on patient complaints and service recovery.
Work Schedule:
Must be able to work non-standard work hours.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education
Must be either a licensed RN or LPN in the state of Indiana.
Experience
Six months to one year related experience
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
Certificates & Licenses
Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the State of Indiana. BLS certification required.
Other Requirements
Telephone experience helpful. Cashier experience helpful. This position requires constant sitting, use of hands and fingers, lifting and carrying 0-10 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-12 lbs.
