ManpowerGroup Product Development Project Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina

Our client, a global leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to join their team. As a Product Development Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting vehicle development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage complex projects.

Job Title: Product Development Project Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $ 50-55/hr (W2 Contract)

What’s the Job?

  • Manage and secure all activities for verification and validation of features and vehicle regulations.

  • Deliver project requirements with Quality, on-time Delivery, maintain Cost and fulfill vehicle Feature targets.

  • Manage all incoming test requests through a risk management approach.

  • Define test plan prioritization and proactively communicate project risks.

  • Represent the Complete Vehicle organization in project management teams, design reviews, and other relevant meetings.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (master’s preferred).

  • 5-8+ years of project management experience (automotive industry preferred).

  • Leadership experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in quality tools (Risk analysis, FMEA, Project Assurance quality).

  • Experience with DVP methodology and familiarity with North American automotive safety regulations preferred.
