Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Controls and Service Technicians for projects located in and around Greensboro, NC . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot, Calibrate, Repair, Maintain, and Operate the DDC BAS Digital Control Building Automation System, Pneumatic, and Electropneumatic Systems

• Working on Central HVAC Equipment including Pumps, Chillers, Condensers, Air-Handling Units, and Miscellaneous Control Elements

• Diagnose and Troubleshoot Problems with HVAC Equipment and DDC BAS Systems

• Recommend Repairs, Identify Equipment and/or System Repair, and/or Replacement Needs

• Repair or Repair Defective Equipment, Components, or Wiring on HVAC Equipment

• Carry out Preventative Maintenance Tasks and Inspections on HVAC Equipment

• Coordinate with Foreman and/or other Trades for the Purpose of Completing Projects and Work Orders Efficiently

• Fabricate Equipment Parts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Experience with Controls

• Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Ability to Understand Information Conveyed from Technicians Staff or anything Displayed on a Computer Screen through CMMS

• Knowledge of Building Automation System Software Supporting HVAC, Steam, and Power Distribution

• Basic Hand Tools for the Trade

• Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
