Facilities Maintenance Technician Openings

Job Description: Are you a meticulous and safety-conscious mechanic looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team where your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and repairing our facility's equipment and utilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks following site Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of facility equipment and utilities.

  • Accurately document maintenance activities using the site Work Order process and equipment-specific logbooks.

  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently.

  • Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as outlined in the Master PM Schedule.

  • Maintain environmental equipment supporting Manufacturing, Quality Control, R&D, and Office areas.

  • Adhere to safety protocols, including PPE usage, Lockout Tagout procedures, OSHA standards, NEC, and NFPA regulations.

  • Supervise and oversee the work of external contractors.

  • Follow cGMP procedures, including Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA.

  • Develop and update equipment procedures and forms as needed.

  • Maintain comprehensive Work Orders and Documentation in Equipment History Files.

  • Generate Purchase Orders in the PO System as required.

  • Provide on-call services as scheduled.

  • Maintain gowning qualification for work within Manufacturing Clean Rooms.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance and repair of utility equipment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00
