Insight Global is seeking a Crisis Management Coordinator to support our global pharmaceutical clients remote SOC. You will be responsible for responding to chat requests from Vismo, a travel security application, handling alarms and escalating to level 2 as needed

Skills and Requirements

- 1+ years of previous SOC experience

- Ability to multitask

- Fluent in English - Remote SOC Experience

- Security background

- Call center or high volume receptionist experience null
