Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

The Avionics Technician will perform operational checks, troubleshoot, and repair avionics and electrical systems and perform avionics modifications on a variety of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. They will be performing heavy maintenance (C & D Checks) and overhauls.

Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of Avionics installation and/or avionics troubleshooting experience in an MRO environment performing heavy maintenance and modifications. Boeing Aircraft (B737, B757, B767, B777, B747) and Airbus (A319, A320, A321) aircraft experience is highly desirable. Extensive Depot Level or Phase Level Military experience with C-17, C-130, KC-135, KC-10 may also be considered.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Working in a very large Heavy Maintenance / MRO Facility with multiple hangars. Must have steel toe shoes and own tools. Work in a large MRO environment with multiple hangars.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
