Job Title: Aircraft Assembler

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Aircraft Assembler to perform complex assembly, fitting of detail parts, and installation at high level productivity rates within various manufacturing processes such as sealant, fasteners, electric harnessing, and hydraulics. The right candidate will ensure that parts assembly meets or exceeds specifications. You'll work on complex assembly, fitting of detail parts and structures, and installation throughout varied drilling and riveting operations. You'll also be responsible for completing frequent special assignments, complex repairs, and recommending solutions to a variety of related problems. Teamwork is a core part of this role; you'll collaborate with other associates in various functional areas to resolve “stop work issues”, establish “Best Practice” methodologies, and potentially participate in our mentor program. Cleanliness and organization are also key, as you'll maintain a clean work area and support our 5S program (Sort, Systematize, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Our work hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm.
