Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Greensboro, North Carolina. As an integral part of our team, your role will involve a range of tasks including administrative duties, customer service, and office functions.
The Field Operations Support Assistant (Installations) provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient installation of QSR Equipment in customer properties, driving growth and achieving corporate sales objectives. This role involves managing a variety of clerical, organizational, and data-driven tasks to support the Equipment Systems Manager. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, and is based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other business documents.
File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports while maintaining confidentiality.
Open, sort, and distribute correspondence, including emails and faxes.
Draft responses to routine inquiries and correspondence.
Modify workload reports based on field updates and process incoming construction reports from customers, corporate account managers, or field teams.
Enter equipment orders and execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Respond promptly to a high volume of emails and coordinate effectively with customers, account managers, and field teams.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in multitasking and excellent organizational abilities.
Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple high-impact activities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications.
Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI is preferred.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
6+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Experience in data entry and working in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with a sales and relationship-driven organization.
Self-motivated, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, programs, and systems.
Experience with reporting tools and systems is a plus.
