Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is at the heart of our $7 million manufacturing company's financial operations, entailing general ledger management, reporting, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. This is a significant opportunity to take on a leading role in our financial team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general ledger

• Prepare and present financial reporting documents

• Operate and maintain SAP and Excel for accounting purposes

• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for efficient task completion

• Implement and maintain ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Work with Great Plains (GPAC) for accounting functions

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential.

• Deep understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Proficient in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Must have auditing experience.

• Experience with Billing Functions is needed
