We are currently hiring for a Housing Manager to join our People & Culture Team. The role of the Housing Manager is to manage the general operations and orderliness of our employee housing properties, which is approximately 100 units. This position will be located in an office in one of our Seeley Lake housing units and will be expected to make regular visits to all housing units and be in the administration People & Culture office at the resort for team meetings and as otherwise needed. The position has use of a company vehicle and access to free gasoline for the vehicle.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the checking in and out processes.

  • Manage multiple housing complexes and an RV lot used for employee housing.

  • Create and present employee activity program ideas.

  • Execute approved recreational activities for employees.

  • Provide general oversite of all properties.

  • Communicate with various departments and People & Culture Director on assignment of housing.

  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate departments.

  • Assist with lockouts.

  • Maintain cleanliness of all communal spaces.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, including but not limited to a cleaning service in Seeley Lake.

  • Coordinate the cleaning of rooms at turnover between tenants.

  • Check recreational equipment in and out for team members.

  • Create and maintain a safe and inclusive living environment for every resident.

    Looking for team members with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field of study preferred

  • Experience working as a property manager with a Property Management System preferred

  • Previous management experience of 1-2 years preferred

  • Customer relations experience of 1-2 years preferred

  • Light maintenance abilities preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Hospitality experience

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized

  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving policy
