Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Greenfield, OH (In-Person)
Duration: 3 months on W2
Pay Rate: $24.86/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently on a variety of maintenance tasks. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and building infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, air compressors, and ventilation systems.
Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and maintain fire life safety systems, including fire pumps, wet sprinklers, and valves.
Maintain and repair building systems, including docks, levels, restraints, and overhead mechanisms.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
Complete work orders through a digital system, ensuring timely documentation and updates.
Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members regarding issues and updates.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with maintenance standards.
Perform general building maintenance tasks, including physical activities like climbing, lifting, and carrying loads up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years required, 5 years preferred in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: CFC Universal Certification and experience with electrical systems.
