HCCAO, Inc. Head Start (a non-profit program) is looking to fill a position at the Greenfield Center. This position will be responsible for working with families to complete the Family Partnership Agreements, complete the Family Service Assessments, set family and child goals, assist families through referrals and provide information to reach these goals. This person is responsible for obtaining and maintaining required paperwork needed for the child and family tracking system.  This person is also responsible for tracking and obtaining child health documents as required by licensing.

This position requires the ability to stoop, bend, and push, as well as lift up to 40 pounds. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.  Experience in social services or early childhood education preferred.  

This full-time position is 40 hours per week and offers a fringe benefit package that includes paid holidays, personal leave, vacation and sick leave accrual. Other benefits offered include Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance as well as 401k retirement plan.
