Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Inside Sales Admin based in Greenfield, New Hampshire. This role primarily involves supporting our sales team, processing customer applications, and maintaining customer records. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the fast-paced industry of sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales leads through phone, fax and email inquiries.

• Research and identify potential new accounts using our internal tools and subscriptions.

• Prepare and manage sales orders and quotations.

• Maintain and update customer information via our CRM system for future follow-up.

• Build and nurture customer relationships by providing technical information, explanations and suggesting related and new items.

• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests.

• Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Support our outside sales reps across the US.

• Utilize software such as MS Office, Sage, Hubspot, and MS Teams for effective communication and management.

• Adhere to a hybrid work model after the completion of training. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B Sales

• Proficiency in Direct Sales

• Experience in Inbound Sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong customer service skills.
