GREENFIELD - Community Programs Manager The Community Programs Manager position follows an evidence-based model of volunteer training and implementation where volunteers are matched one-on-one with consumers. This role will manage and support the daily operations of LifePath community-based programs including assisted transportation, medical advocacy, phone companionship, grocery shopping, and other special programs. This is a full time in-person position (M-F, 35 hrs per week); salary range \$55,000-\$60,000 commensurate with experience, and generous benefits. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to establish engaged, supportive relationships with older adults, individuals living with disabilities and caregivers. Experience managing and/or supporting social service programs. Experience establishing and nurturing effective working relationships at all levels. Experience supervising and/or supporting volunteers. Ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned duties. Ability to work independently and to identify creative and practical solutions to challenges. Ease with organizing, reaching out and participating in outreach events focused on recruiting new volunteer applicants Capacity to provide prompt follow-up support that may require work schedule adjustments, as needed. Ability to monitor and report out on program progress using specific criteria, and to support quality improvement initiatives. Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency or strong aptitude for tech tools like Google Suite, Zoom, NEON, social media, internet, and other databases. Valid driver?s license & reliable transportation for travel as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of assigned community programs, including day-to-day activities and supervision meetings along with longer-range planning that supports enhanced program quality and/or growth. Implement LifePath\'s required volunteer training plan for community programs. Supervise, support, and acknowledge the contributions of volunteers. In collaboration with programs, identify volunteer needs and adjust as needed to meet needs of LifePath consumers. Assist and support community program volunteers to resolve challenges or conflicts that may arise. Create and implement tailored volunteer recruitment strategies with supervisor support. Implement volunteer applicant intake process, conduct reference checks, and match volunteers with LifePath consumers. Implement & support volunteer stewardship activities and events. Support implementation of bi-annual LifePath Volunteer Satisfaction Survey. Prepare monthly program statistics reports and support Supervisor with ongoing evaluation of community programs. Cultivate strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders as requested. Educate case managers and other staff on the program offerings.
