Novacek Farms Agricultural Equipment Operator in Greenbush, Minnesota
Need 1 full time, temporary seasonal Ag Equipment Operator to work in Greenbush MN. From: 04/12/2025 - 11/30/2025 50 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri., 9hrs./day- Sat 5 hrs. /day 7:00am-5:00pm. In MN, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week, will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must Apply By: 8/07/2025 Job Duties: We operate a small wheat, soybeans, oats, flax and corn grain farm. We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employee will need to assist with field prep, planting, raising the crops, harvesting and hauling crops to storage. Employee would be helping with field work, such as driving tractor, running the fuel truck, working on repairs on equipment, and mowing roadsides. Employee will need to assist with maintaining equipment by completing routine repairs and maintenance on equipment including cleaning and washing equipment. Employees will also need to assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep. Job Requirements: (3) months experience, driver's license (Class D), and must be able to lift 40lbs. Employer Assurances: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of the work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of atleast$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
