ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Program Control Analyst in support of an on-going NASA program at the NASA Goddard campus in Greenbelt, MD. This is a hybrid/remote role.

Key Role:

• Provide financial support, at the direction of the Senior Program Finance Manager, within the ROME Program Management Office (PMO).

• Execute financial functions both independently and with close supervision depending on task complexity.

• Support staffing planning, task order budgeting, and the task order response process.

• Prepare internal and external financial deliverables, including reports, plans, and notifications.

• Prepare ad hoc analyses as required.

• Ensure invoices are accurate and submitted on time to minimize program Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Complete project setup actions in the accounting system, updating as required to reflect project changes.

• Support budgeting and forecasting in accordance with objectives for growth and profitability; develop Estimates at Completion (EACs) for revenue recognition.

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project financial status.

• Implement and administer program financial processes in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), corporate policies, and government regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree is required in finance or related field.

• 3 + years of experience with Government contracting, financial reporting, and financial systems.

• Experience with fixed price and cost-plus contracts is preferred.

• Strong experience with Deltek Costpoint accounting system. Experience with IBM Cognos and IBM TM1 is preferred.

• Capacity to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams.

• Working knowledge of NASA Procedural Requirements related to financial management reporting.

• Working knowledge of NASA procurement regulations relating to contract administration.

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
