As a Senior Systems Administrator you will: Manage and resolve help desk tickets, working collaboratively with the Managed Service Provide (MSP) to address escalated issues and ensure timely support for all employees Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware and software setup, user account management Monitor and manage server performance, network devices, and system logs to ensure optimal operation Assist in managing IT projects by developing and executing detailed plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Support the firm\'s cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management and patch deployment Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software systems, including installation, reimaging, and deployment of new systems Provide technical training on software and hardware systems to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize and support technology systems Proactively monitor system and application logs to identify and address potential issues Collaborate closely with the IT Director to document and maintain controls over the firm\'s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Perform other duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will have: Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline with equivalent work experience Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role with the ability to solve complex technical issues Experience in creating and managing system images for PCs Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas: Server hardware Active Directory management Computer networking concepts Project Management Scripting (e.g., BAT, VBScript, VBA, PowerShell) PowerBI / SQL Development Experience training staff Requires knowledge of Microsoft\'s desktop and server operating systems,...
