JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer for our client located in North West Green Bay. As a Screen Printer one will operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality, branded apparel and merchandise featuring clients logo and designs, ensuring accurate color reproduction and maintaining quality standards while adhering to strict deadlines for merchandise production needs. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses to print designs on apparel. Prepare screens, mix inks, and maintain proper press settings for each job. Ensure prints are consistent and accurate, meeting quality and design specifications. Inspect printed garments for defects, including misprints or color inconsistencies, and correct issues as needed. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and clean screens after each run. Manage multiple print jobs efficiently while adhering to production deadlines. Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet customer requirements. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with the preparation and organization of inventory for printing runs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in screen printing, preferably with apparel. Knowledge of screen printing techniques, equipment, and materials. Ability to set up and operate manual and automatic presses. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hot environment, especially in summer.
