Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

Ensures daily work schedules are adhered to and works through exceptions daily. Identifies bottlenecks and makes recommendations for opportunities for improvement. Provides feedback to the master scheduler on workload levels, types, and available capacity. Ensures daily work is performed safely and all employees adhere to the safety policy. Drives accountability in all facets of operations. Drives the talent planning and 1:1 development with direct reports and flow throughout the manufacturing organization. Ensures on-time delivery, provides job status and estimates completion dates. Provides verbal reminders to employees about work policies, including work start times, safety, work behavior, values, etc. Recognizes and rewards employees for extra effort or outstanding job performance. Identifies training gaps of direct reports and shop employees and recommends development training for shop employees. Manages daily manufacturing operations by identifying the number and kind of resources needed to successfully manufacture/fabricate to customer needs. Manages daily equipment and machinery needs by identifying needs for new, replacement, scheduled maintenance, repairs, cleaning, tooling, hand tools, supplies, and consumables to support manufacturing/fabrication processes. Leads and guides the supervisory leadership team. Prepares, analyzes, and issues production and performance reports. Controls costs to achieve company budget goals. Manages, leads, and guides safety policies & safety committee.
