The Project Administrator will work with the Industrial team to coordinate and facilitate the e-onboarding hiring process, including confidential regulatory and personnel paperwork; electronic and hard copy documents, database updating and maintenance. Assists Industrial department and staff with administrative duties including Field Leader support, set-up jobs and phase codes and estimating support. Assist with billing rates, pink slip/vendors, reconciliation of customer invoicing/ invoice approvals. Online Onboarding Work with union dispatchers to acquire necessary information to set up profiles within the online onboarding system. Monitor progress of individuals and follow-up with them to get information completed in a timely manner to support hire-in dates. Coach craft individuals on navigating online onboarding systems. Review documentation to the system to ensure their hire-in forms are properly completed. Organize documentation and provide accounting for file storage and entry into accounting system.
