The Inside Sales Assistant will create and track freight, set appointments and develop relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Create weekly reports for customers. Track progress of customer accounts. Troubleshoot customer load issues. Track, trace and verify loads for customers. Document the status of customer loads. Skills and qualifications: Associate degree. Minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Able to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers.
