JOB REQUIREMENTS: Immigration Counselor Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for an Immigration Counselor in our Green Bay Office. While embracing the mission and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay, the Immigration Counselor will provide counseling and direct immigration services including intake, information and referral, and application assistance. This person will also engage in outreach and networking and serve as an advocate as may be appropriate. Also, the Immigration Counselor will provide legal assistance in the form of assisting clients to complete various immigration related applications, providing \"know your rights\" presentations or group based legal workshops. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with a bachelor\'s degree or experience in the field of immigration law and procedure who has Bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Swahili or Russian languages. This person will be traveling throughout the area, so a valid driver\'s licenses is also required. They must also be 21 years of age due to insurance and operating a motor vehicle as part of the position. Within 6 months of hire, this person must apply for the Department of Justice accreditation and receive successful credentialing.
