This role focuses on grinding, finishing, and preparing materials with precision to meet quality standards. No welding experience or qualifications are required. Responsibilities: Grinding and Finishing Tasks: Remove sharp edges, clean weld burns, and re-grain materials using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Apply high-polish or mirror finishes as required. Material Handling: Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move and position parts for grinding and finishing. Cleaning and Preparation: Wash vessels using spray-on liquids or pastes for cleaning, pickling, and passivation processes. Hydro Testing: Install gaskets and caps using the correct hardware and fittings. Fill and pressurize vessels to conduct hydro testing.
