Job TitleAdministrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and personable candidate to fill the full-time administrative assistant position. This full-time position assists the staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks including word processing, bill handling, maintaining office supplies, and correspondence. The administrative assistant also coordinates and maintains the shipping schedule with the production supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The role involves working closely with the production department on a daily basis to convey the needs of the customer and actively participate in daily production meetings. The administrative assistant will also answer phones and emails to provide status updates.
