JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Build a talent pipeline by identifying, building, and nurturing limitless sourcing channels. -Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies and campaigns to attract both passive and non-passive candidates to ALLO opportunities. -Act as the face and brand ambassador within our ALLO communities, building relationships across the community at all levels. -Build trust with hiring managers as you guide them through the recruitment process -Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ensure alignment on necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities. -Act as a culture gatekeeper, ensuring a good culture fit and alignment with ALLO core values with every new hire. -Maintain an open line of communication with each hiring manager on candidate status, partnering with hiring managers and internal teams to remove roadblocks. -Serve as a subject matter expert on best practice interviewing techniques; developing interview guides and trainings as needed. -Conduct and/or oversee all interviewing, testing and reference checks. -Manage the offer process and support hiring managers in extending offers -Work closely with Compensation team to ensure all jobs are competitively priced internally and externally -Ensure a smooth handoff and transition to Onboarding stage -Ensure that company, state and federal policies/laws are followed.
Colorado Residents: Pay range for this role is typically $50,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience.
EDUCATION: College degree or applicable experience.
