ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that improve organizational performance and culture. This role involves working closely with leadership to identify development needs, create strategic plans, and lead initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives vision, strategy and execution for companywide performance management processes and tools.
Coordinate and follow-up on all aspects of the performance management process including 360 feedback, 9box calibration, talent mapping, succession planning and completion of development and action plans.
Monitors and evaluates progress from training initiatives, goal setting, quarterly reviews, and year-end evaluations to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance.
Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the engagement survey process, including the development of action plans for the organization and its respective business units.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Support talent development programs, including those for trainees, supervisors, and interns. Facilitate training sessions as required.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Collaborates with internal global teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and performance management.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred, JBS/Pilgrim's experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within a medium to large food manufacturing company.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Leadership, HR, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
Experience designing and measuring leadership development initiatives.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, adult learning, and instruction for individuals and groups both in person and online.
Results oriented, team player with an eye for detail.
Strong background knowledge of the Company and the operations preferred.
Strategic thinker.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Approximately 50% travel required.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $80,000 – $105,000;
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
