IT Analyst - PM
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an IT Analyst - PM for JBS ROLE that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
Works with managers, supervisors, staff, and the corporate IT department to evaluate, recommend, and implement automated Information Technology (IT) solutions to meet various operational opportunities/challenges. Serves in a primary or adjunct role in software development, implementation, maintenance, and administration as well as production support for quality assurance systems, plant maintenance systems, and any other business process focused on manufacturing areas.
Responsibilities:
Produce key project deliverable documents including - gap analysis, functional specifications, test plans, process diagrams, project plans, and change management plans.
Assists with corporate-mandated IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned. This may include duties such as system/software support, installation, transition, migration, modification, testing, and validation.
Coordinates project implementation across multiple internal and external departments.
Provides limited computer/hardware troubleshooting and technical support as required.
Assures complete resolution for in-depth issues beyond the scope of this position by coordinating through the appropriate department or channel.
Works actively toward improving technical proficiency through continuing professional development.
Involves judgment in planning work, assessing results, solving problems, and taking or recommending action
Train end users
Work independently with super users to gather requirements and develop technical solutions to address these requirements with other team members
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience in computer information systems and/or supply chain management
Experience with and understanding of IT Change Management processes
Broad understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence methodologies
Ability to multi-task and organize multiple assignments independently
Good understanding of Software development and software testing methodologies
Working knowledge of database query language preferably with Microsoft technology
Ability to learn in a hands-on environment
Detail oriented with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
Ability to build credibility and trust among key project stakeholders.
Strong functional and technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical, and statistical.
Demonstrated expertise with logical process modeling concepts sufficient to aid in the documentation and development of business and system requirements.
Preferred technical aptitude with successful project management experience
Preferred knowledge of ERP systems like SAP…etc.
Preferred prior experience with the meat processing industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio flowcharts, Project, and SharePoint); (MS Office 2010 proficiency required).

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $70,000-$75,000;
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
