Summary of Job:
This position is responsible for the utility work at the University Center during the shift and provides direct labor for light custodial needs, moving furniture, minor repairs, and minor technical needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Move and/or set up tables, chairs, and other equipment in meeting rooms and common areas according to established schedules and written and verbal instructions from the University Center Event Planning Office. = 65%
Clean and maintain the University Center building, furniture, equipment and surrounding area. = 20%
Position, operate, and do minor repair work for audio-visual equipment and maintain equipment inventory. = 10%
Order and maintain inventory of utilities supplies and equipment.= 5%
