JK Property Management Rental Property Maintenance Technician in Great Falls, Montana
JOB PURPOSE: A Rental Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance resolutions under the direction and supervision of the Property Maintenance Director. Duties may be divided between in-office desk work and out-of-office onsite maintenance as assigned. This is an excellent entry-level position for a career-minded individual aspiring to ascertain dynamic, comprehensive, and real-world training experience, skills, and knowledge in multiple facets of the industry trades. JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS•Perform routine property inspections. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, evaluate, diagnose, and perform preventative and annual maintenance.•Immediate action-oriented attention to emergent maintenance issues with targeted execution of maintenance solutions•Learn, adapt, and confidently utilize technology and software to communicate, direct, and manage work•Work effectively, professionally, and with a positive attitude with all members of the JK Team and clientele across all departments to foster open communication, ensure smooth project transitions through various stages, and enhance the overall team culture and environment.•Any other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Required)If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train•Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test•Must be able to pass a background check•Current driver’s license and access to an operational vehicle with no driving restrictions •Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasksPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not Required)•Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, construction, trade school, or a similar field with the ability and aspirations to grow knowledge in all construction phases. •Experienced and knowledgeable in the property management industry
