1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a BSA - AML Analyst located in our RH Scott branch location.Responsibilities:* Support 1st Liberty's Compliance/Audit Director and compliance programs.* Perform reviews of credit union transactions and processes for signs of unusual or any out of the ordinary member account suspicious activity.* Responsible for reports to the Compliance/Audit Director relative to any required suspicious and/or fraud activity.* Reviewing FinCEN, watch lists, BSA, AML, CDD Alerts in a timely manner and taking appropriate actions.* Assisting in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union.* Clerical support for maintaining/reporting of proper documentation and departmental backup duties of staff.Benefits include:- Health, Dental, Life, AD&D, LTD and supplemental insurances.- Health Savings Account with Match.- 401k plan with Match.- Vacation, Sick & Holiday leave.- Education Reimbursement program- 1st Liberty account perks and much more!Requirements:- Perfer 1+ years working experience in a related field or with clerical/research experience and basic knowledge of financial institution regulations and compliance requirements.- Must be self-driven and professional.- Must be detail orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills and likes research.- Must have exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to process both in/out bound communications.- Must have the ability to interpret regulations and disseminate information.- Must have critical thinking, planning, multi-tasking and organization skills.- Must be a team player and be able to maintain confidentiality.- Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks and duties as required within the deadlines.- Must be proficient with a variety of automated and standard office equipment and Microsoft Office programs, such as, 10 key calculator, copier, word, excel and powerpoint.- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 25lbs.
