Community Youth Network Clinical Supervisor/Overseeing Mentoring and Nurturing Parenting Programs in Grayslake, Illinois

CYN is growing in capacity; both in programs and the number of staff.

We are currently seeking a Master's level, fully licensed Clinical Supervisor who will be responsible for providing supervision to the clinical staff as well as program oversight. The supervisor will also manage and provide quality control functions for files, program plans, and direct service to clients, while upholding and maintaining the tone and culture of the agency. This position will report to either the Program Director or Clinical Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field with advanced certification / licensure and 5 years post degree experience.

Basic Function:

Provide clinical supervision to staff and case staffing services. Provide quality control function for files and program plans. Provide direct service to clients. Uphold the tone and culture of the agency.

Position Responsibilities:

-Clinical supervision and oversight of staff and contractors in the Mentoring and Nurturing Parenting Programs including all administrative, clinical and accountability functions.

-Provide direct service to clients.

-Ensure accurate grant reporting and accountability.

-Maintenance of a supervision log on each person supervised detailing cases discussed.

-Quality assurance of all treatment plans & files.

-Assist with program development, review and research as needed.

-Supervision of graduate student interns and newer clinicians.

-Present to outside agencies and community groups on identified topics.

-Represent agency at various external network meetings.

-Other tasks as assigned.

Accountability:

Clinical Supervisor reports to the Program Director.
