Position Summary The Harm Reduction Inventory Specialist assists in the coordination of harm reduction supplies within the agency across offices, and with community partners. This position will work with the management team and direct care staff to oversee inventory of harm reduction supplies and assist with ordering supplies related to syringe exchange and overdose prevention. This position will do data entry, monitor program data and regularly assess current inventory systems, and conduct process improvement initiatives as appropriate. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Create and implement data collection processes for inventory management Respond to staff supply needs and inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed Assist with the development and implementation of regular inventory audits Monitor program databases and spreadsheets to evaluate inventory data for accuracy Simultaneously uses multiple computer software Demonstrate intermediate/advanced Excel skills Utilize program databases, spreadsheets and other data collection tools Tracking inventory for maintenance of proper inventory levels Maintaining inventory storage space in several office buildings and storage units Keep management notified regarding order and inventory status Purchasing and receiving supplies for the agency from ordering through reconciling Coordinate harm reduction kit building with the Development team and volunteers Directly communicate with vendors due to order changes, discrepancy, late product, etc. Project expense tracking Utilize purchasing software - updating users, product data, and controls Maintain purchase order records in accounting software \' accounts payable Manage agency credit cards, ensuring that usage is in line with agency policies and procedures Maintain sensitive and critical documentation Assist and support the syringe exchange team with drop-in services as needed Job duties will expand as needed and as knowledge and ability is demonstrated Other responsibilities as assigned For a complete job description, please visit: https://hivalliance.criterionhcm.com/jobs/51/1/#551
