Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

An automotive manufacturing facility is looking for experienced maintenance technicians on a contract to possible hire basis. The facility needs additional maintenance assistance to help reduce overtime. Responsibilities include making repairs involving disassembling units and replacing/troubleshooting electrical control circuits, diagnosing and repairing parts, inspecting machinery to ensure proper operation, performing diagnosis of PLC I/O, writing reports through digital CMMS programs, performing skills required of other specialists, conducting manufacturers recommended PMs on equipment, and diagnosing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Grandview, Missouri.

Work Environment

Tier 1 automotive company that manufactures parts for auto companies around the area. The facility is not climate controlled and can get very hot in the summer. There is 1 opening on each shift: 7am - 7pm Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday (Front Half Days) and 7am - 7pm Thursday - Saturday + every other Wednesday (Back Half Days), both at $32/HR. Training occurs on the first shift for a couple of weeks before placement on the designated shift. Team size is 7 per shift.
