The opportunity
EY’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) practice is the leader in providing innovative and practical TPRM solutions. The team has assisted hundreds of companies across all industries in improving and/or operating their third-party risk programs. Risk & Supplier Services (RSS) is an organization dedicated within Americas Managed Services to provide clients a variety of solutions such as TPRM program management, third-party risk assessments and technology enablement. TPRM is one of the fastest growing businesses in EY and an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic organization.
Your key responsibilities
As an Engagement Lead in our TPRM Service Delivery team, you'll oversee and operate multiple client TPRM projects across a variety of industries. Your role is crucial in guiding our team members, setting and managing clear expectations, and fostering our people’s growth in key areas such as communication and technical knowledge. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, provide insights and process improvement recommendations, coordinate with global delivery teams to execute risk management activities, and maintain a sharp focus on service quality, throughput and financial health of engagements.
Your responsibilities extend to supporting sales efforts, managing resourcing/workloads, and contributing to practice development. If you're looking to make a tangible impact and lead teams to success, we welcome your expertise in this important position.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of third-party risk management, with specific focus on information security, data protection, resiliency, and other key operational risks
Ability to oversee, manage and prioritize daily work of individual workstreams and team members
Manage challenging stakeholders
Manage concurrent activities with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail
Proactive resource management, including scheduling of work coverage and backup support, to achieve desired result
Work in a global delivery model
Process management experience to understand timeliness and quality measures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action
Ability to learn and operate a variety to technology tools and platforms
Communicate issues and risks to project teams and client stakeholders to provide visibility, facilitate resolution and escalate when necessary
To qualify for the role, you should have
A bachelor's or master's degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a third-party risk management program and/or third-party risk assessor within industry or professional services firm
We would expect for you to be available to occasionally travel outside of your assigned office location (5-10% of the time)
Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and be flexible with working hours, as we often work across multiple time zones
A valid passport is required
Ideally, you’ll also have
A bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT, CTPRP certification is desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $84,400 to $154,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $101,300 to $175,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
