e Job Coach/Bus Monitor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals with disabilities during their transportation to and from our facility. This role requires a combination of supervision, coaching, and monitoring to ensure a safe and nurturing transit experience. Supervise and assist individuals with disabilities during their commute, ensuring their safety and comfort. Work collaboratively with the bus driver to maintain a calm and orderly environment on the bus. Provide individualized coaching to enhance the passengers independence and travel skills. Engage with passengers in a friendly and supportive manner, building trust and rapport. Respond to any incidents or emergencies with composure and in accordance with our safety protocols. Document and report any concerns or observations to the appropriate staff.
