Fairview Health Services Assistant Director of Health Services in Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $40.49 - $49.88 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Director of Health Services (ADHS) to assist in leading our nursing team at our Senior Living Community in Grand Rapids, MN. As the ADHS, you will be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the clients are met while providing staff leadership duties.

Nursing Leadership schedule includes;

  • Full-time; 80 hours per two-week pay period

  • Day shifts

  • Weekend rotation

Responsibilities Job Description

  • Maintains current assessments and documentation of client's health status

  • Coordinates client health services

  • Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration

  • Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

  • Acts as RN on-call during pre-scheduled times as applicable

  • Assists the Director of Health Services to meet the requirements of home care licensure for 24/7 on call RN

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications and Electronic Health Record computer documentation software

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Prior supervisory experience in home care or assisted living environment
