Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves overseeing exam proceedings within the testing center, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and administering tests within the designated center.

• Ensuring that all electronic devices are switched off and put away prior to the examination.

• Regularly conducting walkthroughs during the exam to maintain the integrity of the testing process.

• Upholding the security measures and procedures within the testing center.

• Providing excellent customer service to all candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Monitoring candidate adherence to the rules and regulations of the test center.

• Handling customer relations and resolving any issues that may arise during the testing process.

• Flexibility to work varied hours from Monday through Saturday. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, with the ability to resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver superior customer service

• Proficient in data entry tasks, with the ability to accurately input and manage data

• Experience in using Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
