Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Answer calls from our business customers and provide technical support and direction
  2. Log and create customer incidents
  3. Escalate product and sales related questions to appropriate team members / departments

Your day to day as a Support Specialist:

In this position, your knowledge of online systems will be put to good use as you take requests, execute system maintenance, and manage administrative tasks. While prior banking or treasury management experience is a plus, a passion for technology and a natural curiosity will set you up for success.

Think of it as being the IT helpdesk for our business banking products- you may find yourself speaking with a customer to add a user, troubleshoot an error, or process a wire transaction. Leveraging your excellent communication skills and using our customer tracking system, you will follow up, troubleshoot, and escalate issues effectively. Initially in-office for training, this role offers the flexibility of working from home 1-2 days a week as you grow into your responsibilities.
