Our West Michigan Client is looking for a contract Project Coordinator to assist with Demand Management projects. This is a hybrid role onsite Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Candidates must have a solid understanding of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. ServiceNow experience in SPM project management strongly preferred.

responsibilities:

• Provides the demand manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training.

• Updates the project plan.

• Assists in information collection and validations.

• Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• Will ensure any changes to the requests is documented and escalated as appropriate.

• Support reporting, maintenance, metrics and any

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors
