*About this Opportunity: *

The Network Administrator's primary focus will be providing technical support to D.A. Blodgett -- St. John's employees and assist with project-related tasks as needed. They are responsible for ensuring the quality and timely support of the technology deployed throughout the organization, encompassing laptops, desktops, smartphones, cameras, copiers, meeting room equipment, and more. Additionally, they will utilize various scripting languages and techniques to ensure the seamless delivery of critical applications and updates, essential for maintaining efficient and secure endpoints. The Network Administrator will also assist with configuring and troubleshooting systems, including the Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. They will work closely with and report to the Director of Information Technology and Security. 

*Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Network Administrator? *

Our ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred but not necessary with five to seven years of experience working as an Information Technology professional. Experience with managing Windows 10 and 11 Professional, Android, and Chromebook devices. Experience with Windows Server 2008 and above, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune running in a hybrid environment. A solid understanding of network design and concepts with a focus on Fortinet firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, and MPLS in a multi-campus environment. Familiar with managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or Kace management appliance in conjunction with PowerShell and Windows command line scripting. Must have a valid driver's license.
