The objective is to increase the available time of machines. Conduct preventive maintenance and when necessary perform corrective maintenance ensuring that the work plans established by the de-partment are met. In the event of equipment failure, make the necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:

Repairs breakdowns/disturbances of production equipment with mechanic, hydraulic and pneumatic components including the replacement of spare parts - Verifies the operational capability of production equipment - Installs and moves machinery and equipment to effect layout changes as required - Supports the setup and launch of new production equipment and conducts final inspection - Supports continuous improvement measures - Keeps production work area neat and clean while performing repairs, preventative maintenance, etc. and clean-up area before leaving when the job is completed - Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader - Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor. - Those generated by Global Skill Matrix (ViFlow).
