Sevita Marketing Clinical Liaison in Grand Rapids, Michigan
NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Clinical Marketing Liaison- West Michigan
Do you have experience in Rehabilitation Service Provision and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Clinical Marketing Liaison role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by regionally marketing our programs/services and by performing clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for program participation.
Evaluate and assess persons with brain injuries and other behavioral or neurological disorders.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential referral sources.
Describe/advertise programs for potential referral sources.
Participate in monthly admission team meetings, prepare reports of clinical evaluations, and make recommendations to the admissions committee.
Complete all pre-admission protocols on regional referrals and integrity checklist protocols Identify regional industry trends and needs and make program recommendations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The candidate will support our Michigan programs - The candidate must already reside in Michigan (preferably on the West side of the state as that is the territory they will be covering).
This is a Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm job. There will be occasional conferences this person will need to attend. Some of them may be on the weekend.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or rehabilitation
Strong presentation skills, excellent communication skills, and well-developed problem-solving skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Effective interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and achieve results
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in worker's compensation and/or Medicaid waivers is a plus
Travel within an assigned territory will be required. Travel will include anywhere from 4-5 days a week.
