PrideStaff Inside Sales Representative in Grand Rapids, Michigan
- Confer with the customers by telephone,in person, take orders., obtain details on complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions by using CSM tools.
- Grow sales through managing lead programs consulting with prospects
- Use telephone to reach out to customers, verify there account, address , all pertinent information.
- Greet customers warmly, with courtous and concern for any concern for any issues or troubleshooting they may inquire about.
- Be up to date on location, references for installation photos , provide product information, suggest solutions to avoid installations malfunctions.
- Sell product and services to customers,place orders, take payments information, process returns or exchanges, refunds ,and handle any escalation calls, be familiar with the routing.
