  • Providing top-tier customer service by assisting with sales, promotions, installations, and inquiries.
  • Ensuring positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and efficiently.
  • Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
  • Creating and implementing improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.
  • Managing incoming customer calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams to provide accurate product and service information.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
  • Assisting with training new team members on customer service processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with consumer laws and customer rights is a plus.
