Riverside Integrated Systems is stationed in Grand Rapids, MI, but has clients throughout Michigan. We are looking for candidates to join our talented team of professionals. POSITION SUMMARY:

Riverside is seeking someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Systems. Service of fire alarms, card access systems, camera systems and other low voltage systems. Attending and completing training programs as requested.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to climb up and carry ladders (some extension ladders up to 40ft)

  • Ability to use an aerial lift License/Certification:

  • Ability to carry wire spools up to 50 lbs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/Vocational Training

  • Must pass a federal background check & clean drug test

  • Excellent attendance record

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Basic knowledge of computers and networking

  • Low voltage experience: 2 years

  • Fire Alarm Repair Experience

  • EST Fire Alarm Programming/Experience a plus

  • Michigan Driver's License (Required)

  • Fire Alarm Specialty License (helpful)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English
