As the Business System Analyst, you will:
- Serve as key resource for systems definition, project scope, design, and deployment
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing new systems
- Define and document processes, develop training tools, help train end-users, and provide ongoing user support to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption
- Improve existing business processes within Skytron's ERP and supporting systems
- Work closely with teams and key stakeholders to create custom reports, dashboards and metrics
- Develop formal training classes on Skytron's ERP and supporting systems to better support existing users

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or have 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Previous project management experience, including the full scope of development from specification to implementation, is strongly preferred
- Have a strong understanding of ERP business processes and interconnectivity of modules
- Possess basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, virtualization and cloud computing
- Have strong reporting skills and an understanding of reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar programs
- Be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office programs, including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel :::
